While cleaning out my email inbox, I stumbled on a message from Katie Levesque about a free screencasting tool. This tool also provides a site for posting the screencasts, and displays the embed code to place these Flash movies into your Blackboard course. I'm not sure how good the tool is, or if there are any limitations, such as length, but it may be worth a try. The web site also has hundreds of existing screencasts that you can borrow for your own courses.
